Because Shadow has been melting the ice with a Volcano under the ground so Shadow has been using hot pipes to meal the ice. So Lucy jumps on to the snow mobile 3 and goes as fast as a bullet zooming across the ice. AX is the the head of the HQ she tells Lucy that the ice may look smooth but the ice is quite rough.
